Study Abroad Information Platform is officially launched. From information display, program application, study abroad scholarship application to pre-departure procedures, students can complete the whole study abroad procedures in just one system.

Let's explore the functions of this new platform!

PROGRAM APPLICATION

Students can browse all study abroad programs under “Program List”, or find out the programs they like through screening button. Student can enter the program page and click "sign up" in the upper right corner to start applying for the program. After submitting the application, students can track their application status in real time through "My Center", and complete the next application according to the prompts.

Here are some reminders:

1）Please submit all application materials according to the program requirements and upload scanning documents. If we received documents such as screenshots, it may cause failure to the application;

2）Please fill in the application information carefully, especially the "study abroad plan". Whether it is an application in SUSTech or directly apply to the foreign institution, everyone should be responsible for each application. Please take it seriously.

STUDY ABROAD SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION

PRE-DEPARTURE PROCEDURES

Students who have participated in study abroad programs must have used and experienced the function of Study Abroad Scholarship Application before. Now, Pre-departure Procedures are also moved to online application. Students who participate in university level programs can apply through the program submitted before. Students who participate in the school/department programs or other non-collaborative programs can also create and submit new applications online.

STUDY ABROAD SHARING

Welcome to read the study abroad sharing written by our students on the platform. Students can also write down their own experience after attending the programs. SUSTech Global will display selected reports, which help to provide reference and guidance for students planning of their overseas study.

OTHER FUNCTIONS

SUSTech Global has collected FAQs, visa information and tourism guide for students, so as to provide reference for preparation of overseas study. The latest announcement, news and notice will also be released on the platform.
