On May 20, 2024, Chairman Le Anh Tuan and the Hanoi University of Science and Technology (HUST) delegation visited the Southern University of Science and Technology (SUSTech). Chairperson Hong Jiang and other representatives held discussions with the guests.

During the meeting, Chairperson Hong Jiang warmly welcomed Chairman Le Anh Tuan and his delegation and provided an overview of SUSTech’s recent developments. She stated that SUSTech has emphasized internationalization since its establishment, focusing on cultivating top-notch innovative talents. Chairperson Jiang expressed expectations for various forms of cooperation between the two universities.

Chairman Tuan provided a general introduction to the history, organizational structure and innnovative initiatives of HUST. He mentioned that SUSTech has achieved remarkable accomplishments in a short period, providing valuable references and insights for exploring new development models at HUST.

Both sides discussed the university's organizational structure, development strategies, global strategies, allocations of financial resources and strategic goals. The attendees also engaged in discussions and exchanged views on specific areas of future cooperation.

Chairman Le Anh Tuan and his delegation also visited the exhibition hall to gain details on the current state of SUSTech.
