On April 22, 2024, President Jaeho Yeom and the delegation from Taejae University visited the Southern University of Science and Technology (SUSTech). Vice President Li Jin and other representatives held discussions with the guests.

During the meeting, Vice President Li Jin extended a warm welcome to President Jaeho Yeom and his delegation, and provided an overview of our university's recent developments. He emphasized that our university has placed high importance on internationalization since its establishment, focusing on cultivating top-notch innovative talents. Vice President Jin expressed the hope of building bridges for communication between students from both universities, providing frequent and wide-ranging exchange opportunities for students. He also welcomed faculty and students from Taejae University to visit our university and experience the unique charm of the city of Shenzhen.

President Jaeho Yeom highly appreciated SUSTech for its high-quality and innovative development in a short period of time. He shared Taejae University's exploration of educational philosophy, teaching models, and internationalized campuses and expressed expectations for various forms of cooperation between the two universities.

President Jaeho Yeom and his delegation also visited facilities such as the cryo-electron microscope and the Yidan Library to gain details on the current state of SUSTech.
